FrenzyCall Technologies ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our AI voice receptionist platform ("the Service").
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address and password (for authentication)
- Business name, type, address, phone number, and website URL
- Payment information (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store card numbers)
Call Data
- Phone numbers of callers to your AI receptionist
- Call recordings and transcriptions (processed by Vapi.ai)
- AI-generated call summaries
- Appointment booking details (name, email, phone, date/time)
- Call duration and metadata
Usage Data
- Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the dashboard
- Device information and browser type (via Vercel Analytics)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the AI voice receptionist service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send appointment confirmations and call notifications
- To generate AI call summaries and analytics
- To send usage alerts, billing notifications, and service updates
- To improve the Service and develop new features
- To respond to support requests
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party service providers:
- Supabase — Database and authentication (your data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure)
- Vapi.ai — Voice AI processing (call audio and transcriptions are processed by Vapi)
- Twilio / Plivo — Phone number provisioning and SMS delivery
- Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing (Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data under their own privacy policy)
- Groq — AI language model for generating agent prompts and call summaries
- Resend — Email delivery for notifications
- Google Calendar / Calendly — Calendar integration for appointment booking
- Vercel — Hosting and analytics
Each provider has their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them for their data handling practices.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcriptions are stored for up to 90 days unless you export them. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed, including business information, agent configurations, call logs, and subscription records.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), row-level security in our database, secure API key management, and webhook signature verification. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — View and export your call data and business information
- Rectification — Update your account and business information at any time
- Deletion — Delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page
- Data Portability — Export your call history and leads in CSV format
- Restriction — Pause your AI agent to stop call processing
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (managed by Supabase). We also use Vercel Analytics, which may set cookies for usage tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
